All students must keep Silence from the start of the course until the morning of the last full day. Students should not communicate with other students or anyone in any way — including whispering, talking, gestures, sign language, or writing notes. They may contact the management in writing for issues related to food, accommodation, or health. These interactions should be kept as brief as possible.
Students should not bring any religious items such as prayer beads, crystals, talismans, or similar objects to the course. If any such items are brought by mistake, they should be given to the management and kept with them until the course ends.
Students must not bring or use alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or any other intoxicants at the course site. This includes smoking, chewing tobacco, snuff, as well as tranquilizers, sleeping pills, and other sedative medicines. If a student is taking any medicine prescribed by a doctor, they should inform the course management in advance.
It is not possible to meet everyone's personal food preferences. Students are therefore requested to accept the simple vegetarian meals provided during the course. If a student has been advised a special diet due to health reasons, they should inform the management at the time of application.
Clothing should be simple, modest, and comfortable. Tight, transparent, revealing, or attention-drawing clothes — such as shorts, short skirts, leggings, sleeveless or very short tops — should not be worn. White clothing is preferable.
Students must stay within the course area for the entire duration. Leaving the premises is not allowed without the management's consent. No outside communication is allowed — including letters, phone calls, or visitors. In case of an emergency, family members or friends may contact the management.
Playing musical instruments, radios, or other audio devices is not permitted. Tape recorders, cameras, or similar devices may not be used unless the teacher gives permission.
The course is offered on a donation basis. There is no compulsory fee for participating in the camp. Students who feel that they have benefited from the course and wish to support this effort may offer a donation on the last day of the camp. Giving is entirely voluntary and according to one's wish and capacity.
